Brent graduated from Eldon High School in 1995. At the young age of 18 he became a Generational bridge builder and he pursued that career for the last 30 years. He was very proud of all his children. He was blessed to have his son Dylan follow in his footsteps of becoming a bridge builder. He and Dylan were lucky to be able to build a bridge together before he passed. Brent’s dream of building bridges led him to travel and he loved it. Each week he would always come home with something he treasured and that would be remembered. His bridge building buddies were considered to him, his extended family. He was known as a legend in the bridge building business. Brent and his son Harper bonded over fantasy football and together had a passion for the Kansas City Chiefs football team. Brent and his daughter Presley together had a love for nature that they shared spending countless hours sitting by a fire admiring the stars. She has lived with him the last year and their time together was greatly cherished and their bond grew deep.
Brent took great pride in his beard and his mohawk. He enjoyed rock hunting, looking for any arrowheads, fossiled rocks and loved perfectly round rocks, but his greatest, dearest love was laughing and spending time with his family and all that knew him as a friend. His daughter Presley said “Brent was the funniest person he knew.” He made certain that people knew how much they were loved, and deeply loved his parents and took great pride in being their son.
